My client offers merchants with payment processing solutions and point-of-sale devices. But as competitors from technology companies are offering better services and modern hardware, I help them strengthen their competititveness with a redesign of their public site.
I created and owned the end-to-end process of the client's first native mobile app experience for customers that want to submit an online balance transfer.
Build once. Deploy once. Use everywhere. This proof of concept explores the capabilities of a hybrid platform of a native mobile app and web browser and I explore if sharing the same UI will sacrifice the client's digital ecosystem’s current experience.
The client was falling behind from its competitors in acquiring new bank account users because their personal banking web platform lacked a digital account setup feature. I led the end-to-end UX process for the web platform.

Rising Star is a new platform by BlackMINT (a tech mentorship program for Black youth). We did the first design iteration based on user testing of V 1.0. These iterations will appear in its beta release.
Collab[X] is an early-stage startup that connects aspiring tech professionals to ship a product. I worked in a product team to complete V 1.0 of the website from the ground up.
Ripe is a social platform that empowers mature UX designers with networking, discussions, and resources. This was a design challenge hosted by Adobe Creative Jam x General Assembly.
